What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit in TRADE.com is $100.

How can I deposit or withdraw from my account?

Navigate to three horizontal lines at the top right corner. Select Add Funds if you want to deposit funds and Withdraw if you want to cash out. Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdraw request.

How to verify my account with TRADE.com?

For our verification procedure we require that you provide a proof of identity e.g. an Identity card, Driver's License, International Passport as well as a proof of residence document, this can be a utility bill e.g. phone or electricity bill or a bank statement. The document must be issued within the last six months.

How to submit my documents?

Navigate to three horizontal lines at the top right corner. Click on Verification Centre section at the top right corner and select document from your computer.

How to close my account with TRADE.com?

If you would like to close your account with TRADE.com, please send a request for account closure at support@trade.com. Before that make sure you don't have any remaining funds in your account.

Where I can see my account balance?

Click on dollar sign icon at the top right corner. Note that the balance doesn't reflect the profit/loss from your open positions.

How to search for an instrument?

If you want to search for a specific instrument you can use the search bar that appears above the instrument section on the left side of the screen. Or you can also find a list with all instruments under each of the asset category available on the left side of the screen.

How to add/remove instruments from favorites?

Your favourite list of instruments appears under Watchlist at the top left corner. Mark the Star sign to add the instrument in the list and unmark to remove it.

How do I open/close a position?

Select an instrument and click Buy if you believe the price will go up or Sell if you believe the price will go down. To close the position, open the ‘Positions’ tab and close by clicking on the close button.

How do I set a stop loss and take profit?

To place a Stop loss tick "Stop loss" and enter the stop loss level manually. To place a Take Profit tick "Take profit" and enter the take profit level manually. If your position is already open you can still set Take Profit/Stop loss by clicking on Edit button.

Where can I see my trading history?

Navigate to three horizontal lines at the top right corner. Click on Reports and chose Closed Positions.

Where can I see my open positions?

Open positions appear in Position section at the left side of the screen. At the right of the instrument you can check all relevant information about the position - direction, volume, entry price, current Profit/Loss and Used Margin. If you have more than one position opened with the same instrument, they will all appear below the asset.

Where I can see my P/L?

Click on the arrow next to Add Funds at the top right corner. Your P/L will be displayed on the drop-down list.

What is maintenance margin?

Click on the arrow next to Add Funds at the top right corner. Your P/L will be displayed on the drop-down list. If your Equity is equal to or below 50% the platform will automatically start closing your positions, starting from the one generating the most significant loss, until your account equity rises above the 50% margin level. "Maintenance Margin" refers to the minimum equity you need to have in order to keep your positions open.

What is required margin?

"Required margin" appears in the new order window. "Required margin" refers to the amount you need in order to open and maintain a position in addition to the initial loss that will occur due to the spread, you intend to Buy 10 barrels of Oil at 45.30, in this case the “Required margin” is derived through the following formula- (amount*instrument price)/leverage+ (amount*spread). (10*45.30)/10+(10*0.05) = 45.8 USD

How to set a pending order?

To open pending order, open New Order window and select ‘limit’ or ‘stop’ depending in which direction you chose to open the position. To set the desired level enter the price manually.

How to extract my account statement?

Navigate to three horizontal lines at the top right corner. Click on Reports and chose Account Statement. Choose the desired time period and click Generate.

How to switch to demo account?

To switch to demo account, navigate to the top right corner and click on CFD Real and then select CFD Demo from the drop down menu.
